Critic Marc Shuster's review

Jill Sherer Murray continues to play a critical role in developing and executing internal science-based educational programs for Gatorade associates. Jill designed and moderates day-long seminars that help attendees understand the fundamental scientific principles underlying Gatorade efficacy and how to apply that knowledge in their jobs. Jill's creative, yet simple and straightforward style has taken our seminar series to a new level of effectiveness. Her capacity to clearly craft and communicate key concepts and messages has been extremely helpful as we continue to refine and improve the seminars. Jill's moderating/teaching style is upbeat, energetic, fun, and effective, drawing uniformly positive reviews on end-of-day evaluations. And her willingness to try different approaches and integrate new information has helped the Gatorade seminars keep pace with changing business needs.

Director of the Gatorade Sports Science Institute
Jill Sherer Murray is a terrific writer and a true 360-degree thinker. She is able to tackle marketing issues with a fresh look that always keeps the specific audience in mind--whether that's an athlete, a mom or a nutrition professional. She facilitated several focus groups for Quaker oatmeal with registered dietitians, and really helped us uncover some new opportunities for the brand. She also helped on Tropicana--with a project to assess the positive attributes of the brand and to identify the issues to turn them into opportunities. On Gatorade, she added so much value with her writing (for print, electronic and digital media) and strategic skills. She gets things done and she's a real team player."
--Lisa Carlson, MS, RD,
Director of Professional Marketing for Quaker-Tropicana
Experiencing one of Jill Sherer Murray’s seminars is exactly what I needed to respond more effectively and concisely to our consumers. My emails have been generally easier to write and seem to flow better since her lecture. The enhanced connection that I feel to my responses, as a result of her workshop, has also made me a better reader of what the customer's priorities are and how to best address them. My responses are cleaner and more concise, and it often takes me less time to write them. Sherer Murray gave some great examples, explanations, and tools to help avoid stiff and overly formal style. Overall, I feel like her instruction had a liberating effect on my ability to respond better to our customers in content, structure, style, and productivity.

Jill Sherer Murray has helped me ghostwrite several books for clients, including books on business, health, finance, and real estate. A New York Times bestselling author myself, I know good work--and talent--when I see it. She is also a quick study, a deft researcher, and a highly skilled wordsmith who can nail one voice over another with little if any direction. Her copy is always clean, on target, and engaging. I know that when I assign her a project, it's going to get the professional overhaul it needs. And I'm going to get the work on or before deadline. A journalist who has learned over the years how to translate the best of those competencies to other projects with creativity, imagination, and accuracy, she is a most valuable asset to my business.
